Responsibilities:
• Driving the overall execution of the GEHC customer service contract loading into all applicable processes including additions and modifications to existing contracts. This may include field communications and verification along with contract submission prework
• Timely and accurate billing of customers for contract and non-contract services
• Maintain Install database accuracy by supporting field team and external customers via phone and email
• Work closely with field service sales and service delivery, service marketing and offering team to resolve technical and process-related issues
• Providing support for timely resolution of customer invoicing disputes in coordination with Service Sales, Finance and Legal teams
• Providing policy and process support to sales team on CRM tools utilization
• Effectively management and prioritizing of the various projects with no supervision
• Following to the processes and procedures set in the company, local legislations and regulations
• Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible
• Training and support new team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4 years of working experience in a commercial field
• Proficient in use of MS Office with speed and accuracy
• Ability to make formal presentations (internal and external)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate with colleagues and customers at all levels
• Negotiation skills/experience
• Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right first time
• Time management skills with the ability to work with accuracy and minimum of supervision
• Ability to manage all aspects of customer service, customer satisfaction, and contractual commitments
• Ability to monitor and manages critical path elements of consolidated projects
• Proven project management experience in complex environments
• Proven leadership and effective decision-making capabilities
• Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives and supervise them across department.
• Upper-Intermediate English
