About the Role
The Senior Commercial Operations Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence and commercial performance across multiple business units. This position combines service design, process optimization and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficiency and growth. You will lead initiatives that streamline operations, enhance commercial processes, to deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. This position is well-suited for individuals who excel at combining business acumen, service design, process optimization, and analytical expertise, working closely with Commercial Leaders to drive impactful commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement commercial operations strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Map end-to-end commercial workflows and identify pain points.
Design and improve end-to-end commercial processes from lead generation to revenue.
Design and implement tools and frameworks that enhance operational efficiency and scalability together with the Applications Team.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, R&D, Operations, Finance, and HR to align operational initiatives with business objectives
Foster collaboration between Data Science, Application and Analytics teams.
Establish feedback loops to capture user insights and iterate on service designs.
Drive adoption of new tools and processes through clear communication and enablement plans
Monitor the impact of process improvements
Monitor KPIs and pipeline metrics, providing proactive insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Service Design or related field.
5+ years’ experience from Commercial Operations or Service Design roles.
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced commercial understanding.
Familiarity with CRM systems and operational tools (Salesforce, Dynamics) is a plus.

Location for this role is in our offices either in Nedre Vats (Vindafjord), Lysaker (Oslo), or Stavanger.
