Essential Responsibilities
•Lead new client implementations
•Lead a portfolio of ~ 150 clients
•Proactively identify opportunities for revenue growth for own portfolio of clients and beyond
•Work with peers to project manage client program optimization
•Act as the “right hand” to the Manager, 340B Operations
•Proactive tracking, execution, and communication of implementation steps across all stakeholders, internal and external
•Advocate for client success by creating client program performance reports and proactively identifying strategies for improvement regularly with the client
•Prepare frequent ad-hoc reports/analyses, troubleshooting for external 340B entity clients, business partners, and cross-functional internal teams (e.g., sales) as needed
•Provide feedback on product development as needed
•Act as the “voice” of the client to our sales, product development, and internal operations teams, to ensure the clients are supported and heard
•Report and present on our progress to various internal and external leadership members
•Act as an indirect leader and subject matter expert for Client Operations Leads on the team
•Consistently work to identify revenue-generating opportunities across all clients, not just those within your individual portfolio, then spearhead analysis and execution

•Climate ControlledFor this US-based position, the base pay range is $66,185.60 - $114,114.48 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
