Your Role

The Senior Clerk provides critical support to the department Personnel, Foreman, Utility Services and Studio Services groups as a whole while closely interacting with Production Clients to ensure production needs, held responsible by Utility Services, are met.

Your Role Accountabilities

  • Staff the Utilities Hotline for Client support requests and other urgent maintenance issues; entering all service request calls as tickets within the Planon system, dispatching call to appropriate Department field personnel, and closing out completed tickets.

  • Generate and process rental and other billable estimates within Xytech by obtaining billing information from Department Foreman or Clients.

  • Track department staffing levels through department Online Time & Attendance (OTA) payroll submission.

  • Reconcile/submit Foreman's company purchasing card receipts; assist in Purchase Order creation and tracking for capital/expense projects and overhead budgets.

  • Authoring Work Memos and associated work maps and send out to appropriate departments.

  • Maintain daily Production Call Sheets and monitor out-of-office tracking log for staffing shortages.

  • Train and/or assist in troubleshooting other Clerical staff in the Planon & Xytech functionality; other data entry as requested, and filing.

Experience & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED required.

  • Customer service & communications skills essential.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required and proficiency in other Microsoft programs (Word, Power Point, Outlook, Teams and OneDrive) are preferred.

  • Experience with revenue billing, Accounts Payable (such invoice coding and vendor resolution) and Accounts Receivable is required.

  • Experience with PO shopping cart creation and payroll coding is preferred.

  • Experience with Apple iPad and SAP are ideal, but not required.

  • Ability to work as a team, be proactive, assertive and self-motivational to complete necessary daily tasks without Manager intervention are necessary.

  • Acting with professionalism is critical to maintain Production Client-Department relationship.

  • Good problem-solving skills are needed to tackle service desk calls concerning urgent requests from both Production Clients and other Studio Departments with field Personnel, even when Foreman and/or Manager is temporarily unavailable or unreachable.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $36,400.00 - $67,600.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
