Your New Role
This 12‑month Senior Change Manager role will lead the change and cultural uplift for a major strategic program, designing and delivering people‑centred, evidence‑based change across the organisation. Working with the ELT, Program Leads and People & Culture, the role drives organisational uplift, supports AE’s transformation agenda, and ensures strong adoption, readiness and engagement while managing impacts for internal stakeholders and external investors.

Key responsibilities include:

Change Strategy, Planning & Execution
·         Develop and deliver a fit‑for‑purpose change strategy aligned to organisational and program goals.
·         Identify risks, resistance and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
·         Partner with cross‑functional teams to plan and execute change initiatives, including communication, training and engagement activities.
 
Stakeholder Engagement, Collaboration & Capability Uplift
·         Build alignment and advocacy with executives, managers and teams.
·         Develop strong, trusted relationships across project teams, business units and external partners.
·         Communicate proactively and deliver clear, engaging materials.
·         Support readiness and capability uplift through training and engagement.
 
Impact Assessment, Readiness & Continuous Improvement
·         Assess impacts on people, processes and systems, and monitor readiness and adoption.
·         Refine change methodologies, tools and practices, incorporating lessons learned and industry best practice.
 
About You
You’re a seasoned change leader who thrives in dynamic, complex environments and can bring clarity, empathy and structure to transformation. You excel at influencing senior stakeholders, navigating ambiguity and designing practical, people‑centred change strategies that enable adoption and sustainable behaviour change. You have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering a positive, resilient and adaptable organisational culture.
 
 
Ideally, You Bring:
·         10+ years’ experience delivering medium to large‑scale organisational change, transformational or risk‑related programs within financial services or enterprise environments.
·         Demonstrated experience designing and delivering change strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement and training.
·         Strong understanding of recognised change management methodologies and the ability to tailor approaches to organisational context.
·         Proven success influencing and supporting senior executives in decision‑making.
·         Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Change Management, Business, Organisational Psychology)
·         Prosci, CMAP or MMC certifications (highly regarded).
