  • Identify, assess and mitigate stakeholder risks and resistance, proposing targeted interventions and escalating as needed; provide coaching and advisory support for change managers and agents, defining clear roles and responsibilities for effective delivery

  • Conduct organizational readiness and effectiveness assessments, analyze results to identify capability gaps and recommend targeted interventions; define, track and report strategic change management indicators (adoption, proficiency, business outcome linkage, etc.), to recommend course corrections based on data

  • Lead retrospectives and lessons-learned activities to institutionalize process and tool improvements that increase predictability and efficiency

  • Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Project Managers, Solution Owners, IT and stakeholders to define dependencies, integration points and realistic delivery timelines; initiate and sponsor process improvements enabled by technology, partnering with platform owners to update portals, websites and OCM tooling as needed

  • Recommend and implement industry best practices for integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management;  including enabling tools such as Wrike, SharePoint and Teams

  • Maintain and actively manage project risk and issue registers, developing mitigation plans, assigning accountability and escalating critical risks to senior leadership; track project financials relative to OCM scope, supporting budget planning and business case refinement

  • Develop innovative solutions to complex organizational problems, creating repeatable approaches scalable across Business Units and Divisions
