Senior Change Consultant – Tribe Payments

As Senior Change Consultant within Tribe Payments, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of payments. You will join the Management Team, reporting directly to the Tribe Lead, and will be responsible for driving and delivering impactful change initiatives that enhance organisational design, performance, and business value. Your primary objective is to foster collaboration and embed a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the tribe remains agile and future ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver strategic change initiatives to optimise organisational effectiveness and drive business value.
  • Contribute to the design and ongoing development of the tribe’s operating model.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Provide clear, effective communication—both written and verbal—to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and implement plans or policies.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clarity and confidence under pressure.
  • Build and nurture cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of goals and interests across the organisation.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder management strategies, balancing diverse needs and expectations to achieve shared objectives.
  • Act independently, applying structured problem-solving and comprehensive knowledge to complex challenges.
  • Uphold the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and accountability in all activities.
  • Manage organization of the tribe including several HR topics together with Business Support Team.

About You

  • Strategic and influential expert with a proven track record of delivering change in complex, dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire at all levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in organisational transformation, ideally within an Agile environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand and manage complexity.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to listen actively and challenge constructively to drive progress.
  • Resilient under pressure, with a strong work ethic and a proactive, ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
