About the Team
The Senior Campaign Content Operations Manager will help manage and monitor global integrated marketing campaigns across Workday's buying centers. This team member will play a key role in the organization, coordination, and execution of global projects across a variety of promotional channels, while working closely with global partners to ensure content resonates within each region and performs successfully.About the Role
Workday is seeking an innovative and passionate Senior Campaign Content Operations Manager to help manage and monitor global integrated marketing campaigns for Workday’s buying centers. The Senior Campaign Content Operations Manager plays a key role in the strategic orchestration, management, and execution of global campaigns while working closely with cross-functional global partners and stakeholders.
Management of the global execution of integrated marketing programs.
Partnering with campaign leads, regional marketing teams, and global digital teams to document and communicate key planning/program initiation and build project plans and timetables for their execution.
Project manage localization process for Integrated Marketing teams, ensuring global programs are as relevant as possible across the globe.
Coordination of various external/internal teams working on the campaign.
Campaign set up/monitoring in various marketing systems and tools including Workfront, Marketo, Tableau, and Salesforce.
Development and monitoring of program plans and schedules.
Monitoring and communicating progress toward quarterly and yearly goals, and making adjustments where needed to stay on target to meet company goals.
Schedule and drive status meetings. Determine agendas, highlight key milestones, drive issue resolution, and maintain action logs/plans and track campaign performance.
Request creative and production resources through production management tool.
Ensure overall program quality.
About You
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 5-8 years of related corporate marketing and/or agency account management experience.
Proven experience in project management of global B2B demand generation and marketing programs across multiple regions.
Proven ability to effectively implement integrated, streamlined marketing programs.
Proficient in project management tools.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
