Overview:
Lead the strategy, delivery, and optimization of technology solutions that enable our wealth management business. This role focuses on driving digital transformation, enhancing advisor and client experiences, and ensuring robust, compliant platforms for investment and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute a technology roadmap aligned with wealth management objectives, including digital client engagement, portfolio management, and advisor tools.
- Platform Modernization: Oversee modernization of legacy systems and integration of WealthTech solutions, ensuring scalability and security.
- Innovation & Digital Enablement: Champion emerging technologies (AI, analytics, APIs) to improve personalization, advisory efficiency, and operational automation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure technology solutions meet wealth management regulatory requirements (FINRA, SEC, etc.) and support risk management frameworks.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, product managers, and vendors to deliver technology initiatives that enhance client experience and advisor productivity.
- Data & Insights: Drive data strategy for wealth platforms, enabling advanced analytics and reporting for investment performance and client insights.
- Vendor & Ecosystem Management: Manage relationships with WealthTech vendors and fintech partners to deliver best-in-class solutions.
KPIs & Success Metrics:
- Digital Adoption:
- % increase in advisor adoption of new platforms
- % increase in client engagement through digital channels (mobile/web).
- Platform Performance:
- System uptime and reliability (target: 99.9%).
- Reduction in platform latency and transaction processing time.
- Innovation Impact:
- Number of new digital capabilities deployed annually (e.g., AI-driven insights).
- % improvement in operational efficiency through automation.
- Regulatory & Risk Compliance:
- Zero critical compliance breaches related to technology.
- Timely completion of all regulatory audits and technology risk assessments.
- Client Experience:
- Increase in Net Promoter Score (NPS) for digital wealth platforms.
- Reduction in client onboarding time via technology enhancements.
- Cost Efficiency:
- % reduction in technology operating costs through modernization and vendor optimization.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- OR equivalent experience (required)
Work Experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience (required)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $112,000.00 - $210,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
