We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst - SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), to support spare parts planning and optimization initiatives. The role focuses on improving demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning processes to enhance service levels while minimizing inventory costs.
What you’ll be doing:
Designing and delivering scalable and innovative supply chain solutions, building prototypes and translating business needs into practical solutions using SAP S/4 Hana, SAP IBP, SAP SPP.
Act as a service, repair, and RMA supply chain subject matter and drive process improvements to streamline business operations, specially in ‘Reverse Logistics’ area.
Work in close collaboration with supply chain planning and cross-functional (IT / business) stakeholders to architect and build systematic solutions that address business process gaps and pain points.
Design and implement spare parts planning strategies to reduce production downtime and improve customer service levels.
Optimize inventory levels considering demand variability, lead times, and service level targets.
Support multi-echelon inventory planning and network design initiatives.
Managing system design, testing, training, and upgrades.
What we need to see:
BS or Master’s in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience designing and implementing advanced supply chain planning solutions.
Strong and prove expertise in supply chain planning concepts and architecting scalable supply planning solutions with hands-on experience in SAP IBP implementation and operations.
Solid understanding of spare parts planning and repairs supply chain planning processes.
Experience with SAP Service Parts Planning (SPP) and Extended Service Parts Planning (eSPP) in SAP S/4HANA, SAP MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul/Operations) is desirable.
Strong track record of leveraging data analysis to drive business results.
Experience with data integration and automation in SaaS planning tools (a plus).
Ability to debug and support applications in SAP S/4HANA & IBP.
Self-motivated, proactive, and effective both independently and in teams.
Skilled at balancing diverse tasks while adapting to shifting priorities.

Experience in implementing Supply Chain solutions for Service Parts and Repairs
Demonstrate excellent leadership and social skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated solutions in simple term

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 144,000 USD - 230,000 USD for Level 4, and 168,000 USD - 270,250 USD for Level 5.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
