A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Senior Business Solution Lead reporting to General Manager, RSP Experience and Simplicity.
A bit about your role
The Senior Business Solution Lead is accountable for shaping end‑to‑end business solutions by guiding cross‑functional teams, clarifying complex business problems, and aligning stakeholders on successful outcomes. The role partners closely with business units to define requirements, develop solution options, and drive continuous improvement across processes, data, and systems.
It also delivers insights‑driven initiatives for RSP engagement, supports operational stability through improvement and automation projects, and collaborates with teams to enhance customer and operational experiences. Additionally, the role builds strong internal and industry relationships, fosters a high‑performance culture, and provides people leadership and strategic coaching when required.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate is an independent, solutions focused thinker who can break down complex problems, identify opportunities, and deliver practical outcomes through both analytical and hands on technical work. A background in software engineering is highly desired alongside being comfortable using the latest cloud and AI toolsets, breakdown large data sets and create scripts etc where needed, and creating applications to solve problems or investigate specific opportunities. They communicate clearly, collaborate effectively with others, and use evidence and insights to guide decisions. With a consulting mindset and a willingness to tackle challenges, they engage confidently with stakeholders and contribute positively to team problem solving.
