Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving net new revenue growth and expanding our footprint within strategic accounts through expert solution selling and relationship management.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic account plans to prospect net new clients and expand existing relationships, ensuring consistent quota attainment and pipeline health.

  • Consult and Collaborate: Partner with C-level stakeholders and internal matrixed teams to design tailored solutions that solve complex customer challenges and highlight Iron Mountain’s unique value proposition.

  • Ensure Commercial Excellence: Lead the end-to-end sales process, including RFP responses and contract negotiations, while maintaining compliance with organizational pricing, liability, and SLA standards.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in strategic account management or solution selling.

  • Strong knowledge of Challenger Selling and the ability to translate complex customer needs into powerful value propositions.

  • Proven ability in C-level stakeholder management, high-level negotiation, and effective business decision-making.

  • A 4-year College Degree or equivalent industry experience.
