Senior Business and Data Analyst

In this role, you will evaluate the success of business decisions using internal data, define KPIs, and build visuals that spotlight performance, risks, and opportunities. You will partner across account management, sales, operations, and finance to uncover trend drivers, present insights and forecasts to leadership, and guide solution implementation. You will lead platforms and lead optimization analysis, manage cross functional projects in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize work to deliver results. Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assess decision effectiveness and core processes in leads and small business functions through analysis of internal data, reporting, and KPIs
  • Build, enhance, and continuously monitor data‑driven improvements that accelerate growth, efficiency, and profitability
  • Design scalable tracking frameworks using internal reporting, SQL querying, Power BI, and Tableau to illuminate priority focus areas
  • Develop and maintain executive‑ready visuals and reporting models that surface performance trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Partner across account management, sales, operations, and finance to uncover drivers of trends, quantify impacts, and align actions
  • Prepare and present insights, forecasts, and scenario analyses to stakeholders, informing operational planning and growth strategies
  • Lead platform and lead‑optimization analysis in collaboration with leadership to test, learn, and improve conversion
  • Triage escalated, complex analytic questions, deliver actionable recommendations, and guide solution implementation
  • Forecast operational and business outcomes, translating analysis into prioritized recommendations and roadmaps
  • Drive successful project outcomes by defining requirements, managing timelines, and tracking results against targets

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience and knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a business analyst or related function capacity
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data visualization tools, including, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL querying

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively present, influence, and consult with multiple stakeholders at a variety of levels
  • Makes recommendations, articulate analysis and field questions and/or pushback from key internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven success in developing and communicating business recommendations and insights in an easy-to-understand way, leveraging data to tell a story
  • Values a diverse and exclusive work environment
  • Embraces entrepreneurial spirit in work through recognizing and capitalizing on opportunities and challenging the status quo
  • Logistics and supply-chain experience
  • Experience with data/financial analysis for a sales or operations organization
  • Familiarity with Python, R, or similar programming languages is beneficial

Compensation Range

$78,900.00 - $123,000.00

The base pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base pay only and do not include additional variable compensation.
