Key Responsibilities:
Engage with BPO process owners and subject matter experts to understand workflows, process pain points, and automation opportunities.
Conduct detailed process assessments and requirement-gathering sessions to document current-state and desired future-state processes.
Prepare comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for the development team.
Collaborate closely with RPA Solution Architects and Developers to clarify business rules, exception handling, and functional logic.
Work with stakeholders to prioritize automation opportunities based on ROI, feasibility, and business impact.
Support the testing and validation of automated solutions, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Ensure business alignment and track the progress of RPA initiatives against defined timelines and goals.
Identify areas for process improvement and suggest standardization opportunities before automation.
Provide post-implementation support by coordinating feedback and ensuring successful adoption of RPA solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to RPA, automation, or BPO operations.
Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirement gathering, and documentation.
Experience in preparing PDD, BRD, and functional specification documents.
Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc. (a plus).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality documentation within deadlines.
