The CTO organization is building the future of the front-office UI Experience at Citi. We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong project management mindset to be a pivotal figure in the success of our next-generation UI platform, the Citi Desktop.
The aim of the Citi Desktop is to support the Bank’s UI (User Interface ) modernisation strategy and provide Markets, Services, Business and Wealth divisions with a modern, scalable, secure UI platform for Business and Technology alike. Our vision is to streamline complex workflows and create a seamless, unified user experience for our front-office teams.
Your mission will be to act as the critical bridge between business stakeholders (Traders, Sales, Operations) and Technology teams across all asset classes in order to:
Streamline Workflows: Drive best-in-class UI interoperability using modern tech and open standards, like FDC3, to simplify complex front-office processes.
Own End-to-End Delivery: Drive the full lifecycle of initiatives, from initial discovery and analysis through to final delivery and user adoption.
Innovate with AI: Pioneer the integration of AI to create intelligent, automated, and predictive workflows.
This role requires a unique blend of deep analytical rigor, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate a complex stakeholder environment.
