About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a critical role within a major enterprise transformation – the Salesforce Education Cloud Program.
This is not BA-as-usual work. You’ll be embedded in a large, multi-year program shaping how core business capabilities are delivered across Colleges, Schools, and operational areas.
The program has a growing backlog and multiple delivery streams, so your work will directly influence prioritisation, design, and execution. You’ll partner closely with the Project Manager, Salesforce Product Owner, business stakeholders, and technology squads to translate complex needs into scalable, high-quality solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end business analysis across project streams within the Salesforce Education Cloud program
Engage stakeholders to define business problems, clarify outcomes, and shape solution direction
Develop current and future state process maps (BPMN) and identify improvement opportunities
Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
Maintain traceability across the delivery lifecycle to ensure alignment from design through to testing
Work closely with delivery teams to validate solutions and support implementation
Support impact assessments, release planning, and delivery coordination
Act as a trusted advisor, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex problems
What You Bring
8+ years’ experience as a Senior Business Analyst in large, complex environments
Proven track record delivering enterprise technology or transformation programs
Strong capability in:
Requirements elicitation and documentation
Business process modelling (BPMN)
Stakeholder engagement at senior and executive level
Solid understanding of the SDLC across end-to-end delivery
Ability to cut through ambiguity and drive outcomes independently
Experience working across multiple squads or delivery streams
Please Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children and National Police Check.
