At SeekOut, onboarding is a critical moment in a customer's journey—and we're looking for an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to own and optimize that first experience. This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth, high-quality onboarding process for new Commercial and SMB customers in the U.S. market.

Role Overview
The Senior Business Analyst will enable SeekOut’s Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to
deliver measurable value to customers through analytics, insights, and ROI storytelling. This
role bridges product data, business impact, and customer-facing narratives—multiplying
the effectiveness of the CS team in driving adoption, renewals, and expansion.
Core Responsibilities
Analytics & Insights
• Build dashboards, usage reports, and adoption scorecards for CSMs.
• Automate recurring reporting for customer business reviews (QBRs/EBRs).
• Provide predictive insights into churn risk and expansion opportunities.
Customer Business Reviews
• Create standardized, insight-rich review decks highlighting adoption and ROI.
• Equip CSMs with customer-ready “insight packs” for executive discussions.
• Translate data into outcomes that resonate with customer priorities.
ROI & Value Modeling
• Develop ROI calculators and industry benchmarks to prove value.
• Quantify business impact (time-to-hire, recruiter efficiency, quality of hire).
• Support expansion and renewal conversations with financial impact data.
Strategic Initiatives
• Build executive dashboards for GRR/NRR, adoption, and health scoring.
• Support SeekOut’s Exec Sponsorship Program with customer-ready metrics.
• Run analyses and experiments to uncover drivers of adoption and retention.
Cross-Functional Partnerships
• Provide adoption insights to Product and Engineering for roadmap decisions.
• Supply Sales and Renewal teams with data to strengthen commercial discussions.
• Support Marketing with case studies and adoption benchmarks.
Qualifications
• 5–7 years in Business/Data/Strategy Analysis, ideally in SaaS.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Salesforce, Gainsight (or similar).
• Strong ability to convert data into business narratives and ROI models.
• Experience building C-level ready materials and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
