Join our Strategic Initiatives & Infrastructure team within Wealth Management Global Credit & Banking Solutions, where you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our global credit strategy. As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll partner with leadership to lead process and infrastructure optimization, capacity planning, and innovative solutions that make a real difference. What will you do?

  • Uncover opportunities for strategic improvement by investigating and analyzing business situations, focusing on regional and global processes, infrastructure, and capacity planning.

  • Lead the development of a standardized approach to process mapping and taxonomy frameworks that align with enterprise standards, creating consistency across the global business.

  • Map the gap between where we are and where we want to be, recommending solutions to senior stakeholders that balance client experience, cost, and risk.

  • Understand and document the business impact of change—how it affects people, processes, and technology, and clearly articulate the path forward.

  • Assess and communicate risks and mitigation strategies to keep everyone informed and confident about the path forward.

  • Explore innovation to identify opportunities for AI adoption to optimize our processes and infrastructure.

  • Lead discovery sessions with regional stakeholders to uncover, analyze, and refine requirements—ensuring we capture what truly matters.

  • Champion collaboration across functional groups and regions by building trust, aligning vision, and enabling teams to work effectively together.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have (What you'll bring)

  • A relevant degree, formal business qualification, or hands-on experience in Programme, Project, or Change Management within global financial services.

  • Proven experience with project delivery methodologies like Waterfall, Iterative, or Agile.

  • Expert ability in requirements planning, prioritization, and elicitation techniques—whether through document analysis, interviews, workshops, or prototyping.

  • Very strong communication skills and presence, with the ability to inspire creative thinking and build consensus across diverse, geographically distributed teams.

  • A very strong talent for relationship building—strong stakeholder management skills that help you connect effectively with colleagues across regions and time zones.

  • Ability to lead with a flexible, growth-minded approach to thrive in a continuously improving environment, adapting your methods to support different initiatives.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience optimizing banking, credit underwriting, collateral monitoring, or loan servicing processes —especially for HNW and UHNW clients.

  • Experience working on cross-border projects spanning multiple jurisdictions or time zones.

  • Knowledge and proven success applying of Business Process Reengineering methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.

  • Knowledge and proven success with capacity modeling and growth forecasting tools.
