Business Specialist with Regulatory Reporting  - Hyderabad- Hybrid

GTO - Global Technology and Operations

Global Technology and Operations (GTO) is a leading provider of trade processing technology and managed services for financial services firms. GTO is comprised of a portfolio of solutions serving the Capital Markets, Asset Management and Wealth segments that automate the securities transaction lifecycle of equity, mutual fund, fixed income, foreign exchange and exchange traded derivatives. Our solutions provide automated straight-through-processing operations and enable buy- and sell-side financial institutions to efficiently and cost-effectively consolidate their books and records, gather and service assets under management, focus on their core businesses, and manage risk. We offer advanced solutions to meet our clients’ needs for Front-, Middle-, and Back-Office capabilities.

Requirements / Qualifications 

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Regulatory Reporting Lead within financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of one or more of the following regulatory regimes:

o EMIR

o MiFID II / MiFIR

o MMSR

o SMMD

o ASIC

o MAS

o CFTC

o Canadian regulatory reporting

  • Solid understanding of trade lifecycle, derivatives, securities, and transaction reporting.
  • Experience working with Trade Repositories, ARMs, and regulators.
  • Strong understanding of data models, reference data, and reporting schemas (ISO 20022, XML, CSV).
  • Experience with Agile delivery frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex regulatory text and translate it into executable requirements.
  • Ability to leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making.
