Working cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, procurement, legal, and external partners, you will help scale and continuously improve end‑of‑life product processes while maintaining strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management & Process Execution

  • Manage and continuously improve change management workflows and operational processes.
  • Review, track, and process change requests using a work‑tracking system (e.g., Azure DevOps).
  • Schedule and facilitate intake meetings for new change requests and ensure tasks progress to closure.
  • Monitor and update work items, including due dates, tasks, dependencies, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Perform manual reviews of submitted requests when automated workflows fail, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare end‑of‑change documentation, summaries, and communications for stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead final stakeholder review meetings to formally close change requests.
  • Support recurring feedback and review sessions for open, closed, and pending changes.

Reporting & Business Analytics

  • Pull, analyze, and generate operational and program reports using work‑tracking tools and Excel.
  • Maintain reporting on change request status, cycle time, backlog, risks, and upcoming deadlines.
  • Create dashboards, summaries, and written updates to communicate program health and improvement opportunities.

Program Management & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Support day‑to‑day program operations and ensure strong cross‑functional communication.
  • Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across multiple teams and suppliers.
  • Maintain meeting cadences, documentation, action items, and follow‑ups.
  • Influence stakeholders and external partners without direct authority to drive outcomes.

Supplier & Contract Management (Reverse Supply Chain / ITAD)

  • Engage with third‑party suppliers, including IT asset disposition (ITAD), recycling, and materials recovery partners.
  • Manage supplier communications, expectations, and alignment on operational responsibilities.
  • Support contract creation, review, and modification using an enterprise contract management system.
  • Review and edit Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring accuracy and removal of outdated or legacy language.
  • Validate pricing, company details, and contractual terms prior to approval routing.
  • Partner with legal, procurement, and internal business owners throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Ensure proper documentation of product end‑of‑life disposition and supplier compliance.
Qualifications
  • 8–10+ years of experience in program management, business analytics, supply chain operations, or related operational support roles.
  • Strong understanding of supplier management and contract management processes.
  • Experience supporting large‑scale operational programs in an enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Excel (intermediate or higher), Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience using work‑tracking systems such as Azure DevOps or similar tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross‑functional teams and suppliers without formal authority.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting reverse supply chain, IT asset disposition (ITAD), recycling, or circular economy programs.
  • Experience using enterprise contract management systems (e.g., Icertis or similar platforms).
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and process improvement practices.
