We are an organisation of 2,000 employees in the UK, headquartered in London, in a brand-new office designed with sustainability, ‘conviviality’ and collaboration in mind. We also have offices in Scotland and various distilleries and production sites across the UK from Plymouth to London to Speyside.

Your new team

This position sits in our Chivas Brothers business. At Chivas Brothers, our 1,600-strong team across 27 sites is committed to upholding the heritage of Scotch and ensuring its sustainable future, as well as opening it up to new audiences across the globe.

Royal Salute is not simply a Scotch whisky, it is a world of nobility, craftsmanship and modern cultural relevance. As the brand continues to grow through bold limited editions and elevated luxury experiences, we are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to help shape its next chapter.

This role sits at the heart of the brand’s evolution. You will be a guardian of its codes and a driver of its future, ensuring that every product, every asset and every activation strengthens Royal Salute’s position as a modern icon of Prestige. You will transform strategy into tangible, beautifully executed realities across markets.

Your unique contribution

You will have four main areas of responsibility:

1. Strengthen & Protect Royal Salute Brand World

  • Finalise and embed the Royal Salute Brand World Guidelines. Define and roll out L3F visual guidelines globally
  • Lead the development of global point-of-sale materials and ensure successful global market roll-out and adoption
  • Partner closely with markets to bring the brand world to life with excellence and consistency

2. Lead new Limited Editions

  • Support the development and launch of a new global Limited Edition platform
  • Translate the Royal Salute new cultural territory into compelling product concepts
  • Lead projects from design development and consumer validation, to in-market execution. Deliver clear, inspiring toolkits to empower market and ensure commercial success

3. Lead Core Packaging Restages

  • Lead the restage of the Royal Salute gift box across the Core and Core+ ranges. Oversee artwork finalisation, production development and roll-out
  • Drive the development and delivery of an updated global brand toolkit (primary/secondary assets, hygiene content, activation and PR/Digital, L3F) to support the restage launch, working closely with the brand teams and drive markets
  • Develop new global packaging guidelines to future-proof the range

4. Ensure Business Continuity & Management of key resources

  • Manage the Royal Salute marketing budget with clarity and prioritisation
  • Oversee P&L and stage-gate processes for NPDs
  • Support Head of Architecture with long-term pipeline planning and portfolio strategy
  • Maintain strong alignment with global markets and cross-functional teams

Who you’ll be working with

Internally, you’ll work with Brand Managers, Consumer Insights, Commercial teams, and cross-functional colleagues in NPD and packaging. 

Externally, your contacts will ill include creative agencies, production partners, and brand ambassadors involved in campaign delivery and brand education.
