As a Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the launch, management, and execution of product strategies and promotional activities to drive the success of GSK’s specialty portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of initiatives that support both short-term and long-term business objectives in the oncology space.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market & Product Strategy
Conduct deep market analysis (epidemiology, patient journey, access barriers, competitive landscape).
Develop and execute launch and lifecycle plans for oncology products, tailored to Vietnam’s regulatory and market environment.
Define and communicate product value proposition for payers, HCPs, and patients.
Implement strategies to optimize the patient journey, including diagnostic, treatment, and monitoring pathways, to ensure appropriate identification, initiation, and ongoing management of patients for oncology therapies.
2. Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (medical, regulatory, supply chain, commercial) to ensure launch readiness and ongoing success.
Lead launch projects for new indications or product expansions.
Partner with key stakeholders to build disease awareness and support patient access, including affordability solutions and ensure a comprehensive market access plan is in place
Collaborate with global/regional teams to leverage best practices and data.
3. Omnichannel Marketing & Education
Design and implement omnichannel campaigns for HCPs and patients, focusing on education and disease awareness.
Develop compliant promotional materials and patient support programs.
Train field teams on oncology product science, access, and value messaging.
4. Budget & Performance Management
Manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Monitor and report on the financial performance of the brand, including sales forecasts and budget variances.
Set and monitor KPIs for launch success, market penetration, and patient outcomes.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategy and optimize resource allocation.
5. Compliance & Governance
Ensure all activities comply with GSK policies and Vietnamese regulations for oncology medicines.
Stay updated on evolving regulatory, HTA, and reimbursement requirements.
Key Qualification:
Bachelors in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine
At least 5–7 years of progressive experience in oncology product management
5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a commercial role
2+ years of experience in launch management (experience with pandemic preparedness/innovative pharmaceutical products), branded products
Demonstrated expertise in launch management, market access, and cross-functional leadership.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work with agility in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of healthcare and pharmaceutical trends, customer and stakeholder landscape, competitive dynamics, and the regulatory and access environment
