Job Title: Senior Brand Manager Biologics UAE

Location: Dubai

The Senior Brand Manager – Biologics is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with the integrated dermatology strategy. The role contributes to the overall commercial objectives by driving impactful marketing initiatives across healthcare professionals (HCPs), consumers, and trade channels.
This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and execution excellence. The Senior Brand Manager acts as a key partner to the Marketing leadership, Sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of brand strategies that maximize market penetration, professional endorsement, and long-term brand growth.

Responsabilities :

Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Lead the development and monitoring of annual brand strategies, business plans, and marketing programs aligned with broader commercial objectives.

  • Drive initiatives that strengthen HCP endorsement, market penetration, and brand profitability.

  • Ensure brand activities are aligned with the integrated dermatology strategy and overall commercial priorities.

  • Identify opportunities for brand growth and recommend innovative approaches to strengthen market positioning.

Marketing Execution

  • Lead the planning and execution of professional marketing initiatives including promotional campaigns, scientific communication, product detailing, sampling programs, and educational activities.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and adjust strategies to optimize performance.

  • Develop clear brand messaging and communication strategies that resonate with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a strong partner to Sales teams to ensure alignment on brand priorities and effective execution in the field.

  • Foster productive relationships with professional organizations, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and external stakeholders.

  • Represent the company at relevant congresses, scientific meetings, and industry events.

  • Champion the perspectives of healthcare professionals, pharmacists, patients, and healthcare systems to strengthen brand relevance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and other internal teams to ensure alignment across all brand initiatives.

  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to support successful brand implementation and market impact.

Financial & Performance Management

  • Manage marketing budgets and support forecasting processes in collaboration with Marketing leadership.

  • Monitor brand performance metrics and provide recommendations to optimize commercial outcomes.

  • Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable regulations, internal policies, and the company’s Code of Ethics.

  • Maintain full compliance with company procedures related to interactions with healthcare professionals and promotional activities.

  • Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, industry codes, and internal SOPs.

Scientific & Market Expertise

  • Maintain strong knowledge of the therapeutic area and evolving scientific landscape.

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities within the biologics and dermatology space.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.

  • Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

  • Significant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, preferably within dermatology, biologics, or specialty care.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies.

  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and healthcare ecosystem
