How you’ll be impactful:

We are seeking a highly talented and thoughtful Senior Brand Designer with experience and affinity to the worlds of lifestyle and wellbeing and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Beyond talent and passion, we are seeking a true leader who seeks to take ownership over all aspects of the brand's visual DNA.
As a Senior Brand Designer, you will be the lead custodian of Barges’ brand's visual identity, responsible for shaping brand strategy into compelling design, managing brand assets, and ensuring consistency and excellence across digital and physical experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and partner with a world-class branding agency to deliver a cohesive, modern, and differentiated brand presence.

What you’ll be doing:

Strategic Brand Leadership

  • Lead the evolution and application of the company’s brand identity system (visual language, logos, typography, color, imagery, layouts). 
  • Partner with leadership and marketing to align design work with overall brand strategy and business goals. 
  • Drive brand equity through meaningful visual storytelling across platforms.

Rebranding Program Owner

  • Act as the internal design lead for a global rebranding project with an external agency — collaborating on strategy, creative direction, presentations, and implementation plans. 
  • Translate agency concepts into scalable asset systems and implementation frameworks.
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality during global rollout.

Brand Asset & Guidelines Management

  • Create, manage, and maintain a centralized brand assets library and templates. 
  • Define and update comprehensive brand guidelines that ensure visual consistency. 
  • Train internal teams and stakeholders on effective usage of brand standards.

Design Execution & Collaboration

  • Develop high-quality visual deliverables across digital, print, and experiential channels — including campaigns, presentations, product branding, motion graphics, and environmental graphics. 
  • Partner with product, marketing, and growth teams to apply the brand across experiences. 
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to external partners and vendors.

Team Contribution

  • Work closely with marketing designers and product designers, establishing design excellence across the organization. 
  • Promote best practices and innovation in visual design across Ingenio Business Units.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience

  • 8+ years of professional experience in branding, visual design, or brand identity work with consumer brands. 
  • Proven track record leading design initiatives and managing brand systems. 
  • Experience collaborating with agencies or external creative partners is a strong advantage.

Design Expertise

  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strategic brand design, identity systems, and visual cohesion. 
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or equivalent tools. 
  • Strong typographic, layout, color, and visual communication sensibilities.

Strategic & Leadership Skills

  • Strategic thinker who connects visual work to business outcomes. 
  • Ability to communicate concepts clearly and present to senior stakeholders. 
  • Comfortable managing multiple design initiatives and timelines.

Additional Attributes

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner across teams. 
  • Experience in fast-paced environments and balancing creative quality with business needs.
  • Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, UI/UX, or digital product branding.
