  • Contribute to the evolution and standardisation of UX standards, guidelines and design patterns, ensuring they can be socialised and adopted across wider business areas.
  • Participate in design reviews, providing clear rationale for decisions grounded in UX principles, customer insight and data.
  • Produce UX artefacts such as annotated wireframes, prototypes and documentation to support delivery and authoring teams.
  • Support discovery and co‑creation sessions by gathering inputs that inform page structure, hierarchy and user needs.
  • Ensure designs align with existing design system components and contribute feedback for improvements where needed.
  • Use customer insight, research findings and analytics to validate design decisions and refine page‑level solutions.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Several years’ experience in a UX/UI or digital product design role, ideally with strong web‑design experience.
