Innovation, digital engineering and technical excellence are at the heart of everything we do. Want to drive digital delivery on Perth’s next generation of major buildings—health, resources, commercial and defence? We do.
Diversity is embedded in everything we do. We work together to create a culture built on respect, trust, and inclusiveness. We embrace flexible working and are always open to discussing what works best for you.
We have an opportunity for a Senior BIM Consultant – Buildings to join our Perth, WA team.
You’ll lead BIM strategy and delivery across major buildings projects—setting up projects for success, improving model quality and coordination, and enabling teams to deliver efficiently and consistently. You’ll work closely with discipline leads (structures, civil, building services), project managers and clients to define BIM requirements, develop and govern standards, and drive collaboration across the project lifecycle.
A key part of this role is supporting Defence-related projects, where security requirements may apply.
Proven experience in BIM management/coordination on complex buildings projects in Australia (health, resources, commercial high-rise, defence or similar).
Strong capability developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), project standards, workflows, model QA/QC and information management requirements.
High proficiency with core tools such as Revit (essential), plus Navisworks Manage (clash detection/coordination), and common collaboration platforms (e.g., ACC/BIM 360 or similar).
Experience in Microstation preferred
Experience running coordination sessions, managing clash processes, model federation, and working with architects/consultants/contractors to resolve issues.
Understanding of Australian/NZ BIM and digital engineering practices, including model deliverables, naming conventions, CDE processes and document/model control.
Ability to mentor and uplift capability across teams—supporting training, templates, automation and continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients and stakeholders.
Defence projects: Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government security clearance is highly regarded. Australian citizenship (or eligibility for clearance) may be required for some projects.
