Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Bid & Sales Manager located in Paris, Lyon or Aix, with the flexibility of some work from home. The Senior Bid & Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the development of strategic opportunities from identification to contracting, managing and coordinating all aspects of the bid process, supporting sales strategies, supporting emerging opportunities and new markets, with a strong customer focus. Daily tasks include leading bid teams, preparing, and presenting proposals, managing client relationships, and collaborating with various internal departments to achieve sales objectives.

Qualifications:
Experience or strong interest in bid management, sales development, and client relationship management
proven project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in French and English
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Relevant experience in the engineering, technology, nuclear, space or defence industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred locations : Aix-en-Provence or Paris
Experience : From 10 years of career and more
