Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex software solutions tailored to fintech needs.

• Take on a leadership role in and mentor development teams, guiding project direction and architecture.

• Ensure software complies with security standards and financial regulations.

• Optimize application performance for scalability and user experience.

• Uphold quality assurance through rigorous testing and code reviews.

• Solve intricate technical challenges under tight deadlines.

• Keep abreast of the latest fintech technologies and industry trends.

• Facilitate collaboration across departments to align software with business objectives.

• Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and system improvements.

• Contribute to strategic planning with tech insights and innovation proposals.

About You:

• Experienced in Java, or any other OOP languages such as C#.NET, or PHP.

• Experienced in any relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL.

• Experienced in non-relational databases such as MongoDB, DocumentDB, or CosmosDB.

• Experienced in web APIs of reasonable complexity.

• Familiar with containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

• You have a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• At least 4+ years of experience building and developing software would be preferred.

Java, Spring Boot, Nodejs, ES6, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS.
