The purpose of this role is to manage a team of media planners and assist the Account Director on a day to day basis. This is to ensure that their teams are delivering plans that deliver against client objectives whilst balancing agency trading objectives.

The Role

You will join a friendly and collaborative AV community with the expectation of delivering best in class AV planning & buying client servicing, commercial delivery, media owner relationships. This individual should show robust organisation, diligence, positivity, respect, and a passion for the role.

We are a location-agnostic team based in 5 offices across the UK, with around 20 of those based in London. As an AV Senior Manager your responsibilities & areas of accountability will cover:

  • AV Campaign Planning: Provide best-in-class implementation and innovative AV media solutions in response to briefs from clients

  • Campaign delivery assurances: Ensuring AV activity across Linear, VOD, Cinema and Audio is delivered to value and contractual guarantees

  • Buying Excellence: Demonstrating consistent rigour and accuracy throughout the AV buying process to deliver high quality campaigns for clients

  • Investment Support: Provide support in tracking client investment through both forecasting tools and as part of the AV buying process, demonstrating commercial acumen

  • Performance Analysis: Responsible for the generation of reports and insightful analysis on delivery and effectiveness of campaigns.

  • Financial Accuracy:  Support the team in ensuring timely and accurate billing of client campaigns on a monthly basis

  • Industry Trends: Keeping up with what’s happening in the world of AV Media, having an opinion, and proactively sharing updates both internally and with wider stakeholders

  • Excellent Communication: Forging positive relationships through strong communication with internal teams, media partners and clients

  • Training Excellence: Engaging proactively with all relevant training schemes including TV Masters, Media Maths and presentation training

What you bring

  • Experience in TV, VOD, Cinema, CTV and Audio planning and/or buying

  • Experience training new starters

  • Mature & proactive approach to people & workloads

  • Owning strong media owner relationships

  • Ability to ensure 100% accurate output across AV processes

  • Clear understanding of the AV marketplace and new opportunities

  • Clear understanding of the role of AV on media plans

  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • IT literate

  • Strong presentation abilities

  • A high degree of numeracy and literacy skills and literate in MS
