Job Description

The Senior Associate or Vice President of Investor Activations will help drive the development, planning, and execution of digital and experiential investor initiatives, aligned with strategic business priorities, to help build awareness of Brookfield’s real estate business and deepen client relationships. This position is well-suited for those who thrive in a culture that emphasizes employee leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and accountability for delivering results. The role requires creativity, energy, and a positive attitude combined with a results-oriented mindset. The successful candidate will be highly organized and detail oriented, with strong project management and collaboration skills. 

The role will report to the Vice President of Investor Relations.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Project management and execution of digital and experiential investor initiatives for the Real Estate Group

  • Help to develop high touch, creative and memorable experiences that build awareness, elevate the Brookfield Real Estate brand, and deepen relationships with clients and prospects

  • Drive activations from conception through execution (venue and vendor research, budgets, timelines, invitations, audio-visual, catering, on-site logistics, etc)

  • Drive optimal use of technology platforms for seamless client invitation and communication experience

  • Produce post-event analyses using survey metrics and feedback, and create post-event reports – communicate proactively to key stakeholders and executive management
     

Candidate Profile: 

  • A degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Events, or related field 

  • 8-12 years’ professional experience    

  • Strong project management skills, with ability to collaborate with teams across functions 

  • Ability to implement best practices and processes; organized with meticulous attention to detail 

  • A passion for delivering differentiated, high-quality events  

  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, multi-task and prioritize  

  • Ability to keep calm and problem solve during high pressure moments  

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and event management tools (Cvent, etc.) 

  • Ability to travel, including internationally, for events and planning trips  

Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000

Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
