What You Will Do:
Manage end-to-end training operations including scheduling, coordination, and execution
Own training data, MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for leadership reporting
Track key training metrics such as attendance, completion, utilization, and feedback
Execute training requests using Agile Kanban practices (backlog management, WIP tracking, flow metrics)
Maintain training trackers, SOPs, and operational documentation
Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and business stakeholders during second-shift hours
Identify and drive process improvements and automation in training operations
5+ years of experience in Training Operations / L&D Operations / Training Management
A bachelor’s degree in business administration - Human Resources, Operations, Data Analytics, or a closely related discipline is required.
Strong hold on Training Operations planning, management & reporting.
Rich hands-on experience in Data management and Reporting using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Lookups, Charts, Data Analysis)
Good Exposure MS Office Suite of Products (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent in coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness and ability to work 12 PM – 9 PM IST (mandatory).
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Excel Macro Automation.
Exposure to large-scale or enterprise training programs / COE models
Knowledge of Data quality & Metrics
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Knowledge on Instruction Design (preferred, not mandatory)
Agile / Kanban certification (preferred, not mandatory)
