WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1
As a member of H1’s Talent team, you’ll own day-to-day recruiting execution across Jr. to Mid-level roles, balancing multiple hiring efforts across several departments. You will drive outbound sourcing, manage inbound pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers to align on role scope and hiring strategy.
You will:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Jr. to Mid-level roles across Technical, Commercial, and G&A functions
- Manage 8+ requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment
- Drive outbound sourcing strategy while owning inbound ATS pipeline management (Lever)
- Lead intake sessions and align with hiring managers on role scope, candidate profile, and market realities
- Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process
- Use funnel metrics and data to improve pipeline health, conversion rates, and time to fill
- Support talent initiatives including process improvements, employer branding, and interview best practices
- Leverage AI and modern recruiting tools to enhance sourcing, outreach, and efficiency

You are a strong operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality. You bring structure to ambiguity, take ownership of your work, and build trust with stakeholders through clear communication and follow-through. You are equally comfortable owning sourcing, managing pipelines, and driving processes forward.
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Have recruited across multiple functions (Technical + Commercial/G&A), not siloed into one area
- Can manage high requisition volume while maintaining strong organization and candidate experience
- Demonstrate strength in both outbound sourcing and inbound pipeline management
- Operate as a partner to hiring managers (intake, alignment, ongoing communication)
- Have experience hiring Jr. to Mid-level talent at volume
- Are curious and proactive in adopting tools (including AI) to improve efficiency
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (tech recruiting preferred)
- Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools (Lever, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear, effective communication skills
- Based in the EST time zone, preferably the New York Tri-State area and willing to commute to our NYC, Manhattan office 1-2x on average monthly
COMPENSATION
This role pays $100,000 to $115,000 per year, based on experience, in addition to stock options.
