About the role
This role is responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s Regional Total Rewards strategy across compensation and equity (Employee Stock Options).
The position plays a critical role in strengthening a performance-driven organization by ensuring reward programs are competitive, data-driven, compliant, and aligned with business growth objectives.
Job Description
- Regional Compensation & ESOP (Employee Stock Options) Management
- Manage end-to-end compensation and benefits administration across markets.
- Maintain and enhance compensation structures, grading, and benchmarking practices.
- Partner with Finance and People Partners to ensure alignment between budget, manpower planning, and reward execution.
- Cash & ESOP Governance
- Manage cash bonus cycles, payout modeling, and alignment with performance outcomes.
- Oversee ESOP administration, tracking, documentation, and communication in partnership with Finance and Legal.
- Ensure accurate reporting and database management for equity components.
- Support continuous improvement of equity programs to drive long-term retention and ownership mindset including to conduct training, campaign and sharing.
- Rewards Analytics & Insights
- Analyze compensation data, market benchmarks, and workforce trends to provide actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards and reporting to support leadership decision-making.
- Conduct impact analysis on reward program changes.
- Systems & Process Improvement
- Support and lead Total Rewards-related system enhancements (Workday, payroll revamp, automation initiatives).
- Improve process efficiency and data integrity.
- Standardize regional governance and documentation.
Job Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards in a similar industry/consulting.
- Experience handling projects in regional scope is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in designing compensation structure and reward modeling.
- Exposure to equity / ESOP administration is highly preferred.
- Experience in compensation benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry/Hay).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage strategic projects independently and drive execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
