Senior Associate of Regional Total Rewards

About the role
This role is responsible for managing and enhancing the company’s Regional Total Rewards strategy across compensation and equity (Employee Stock Options).

The position plays a critical role in strengthening a performance-driven organization by ensuring reward programs are competitive, data-driven, compliant, and aligned with business growth objectives.

 

Job Description

  1. Regional Compensation & ESOP (Employee Stock Options) Management
  • Manage end-to-end compensation and benefits administration across markets.
  • Maintain and enhance compensation structures, grading, and benchmarking practices.
  • Partner with Finance and People Partners to ensure alignment between budget, manpower planning, and reward execution.
  1. Cash & ESOP Governance
  • Manage cash bonus cycles, payout modeling, and alignment with performance outcomes.
  • Oversee ESOP administration, tracking, documentation, and communication in partnership with Finance and Legal.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and database management for equity components.
  • Support continuous improvement of equity programs to drive long-term retention and ownership mindset including to conduct training, campaign and sharing.
  1. Rewards Analytics & Insights
  • Analyze compensation data, market benchmarks, and workforce trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to support leadership decision-making.
  • Conduct impact analysis on reward program changes.
  1. Systems & Process Improvement
  • Support and lead Total Rewards-related system enhancements (Workday, payroll revamp, automation initiatives).
  • Improve process efficiency and data integrity.
  • Standardize regional governance and documentation.

 

Job Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards in a similar industry/consulting.
  • Experience handling projects in regional scope is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in designing compensation structure and reward modeling.
  • Exposure to equity / ESOP administration is highly preferred.
  • Experience in compensation benchmarking and job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry/Hay).
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage strategic projects independently and drive execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
