Position Overview
The Senior Associate License Compliance Sales Representative is an experienced contributor who independently manages a moderate volume of compliance-driven opportunities. This role applies telemetry tools to identify violations, communicates with mid-level customer contacts, and supports resolution planning. It requires growing analytical and negotiation skills, and begins to coordinate with sales teams to align messaging and timelines.
Responsibilities

Independently manage a moderate volume of compliance engagements, applying standard procedures to assess and address violations
Use telemetry tools to identify patterns of non-compliance and prepare initial findings for customer engagement
Communicate with mid-level customer contacts to explain licensing findings and lead commercial conversations to drive resolution and business outcomes. Draft and send warning letters and usage reports, escalating complex cases as needed
Demonstrate working knowledge of Autodesk licensing models and begin applying product knowledge in discussions
Tailors messages to mid-level contacts
Applies basic techniques to reach mutual agreements
Communicates findings and supports resolution planning
Begins applying relationship strategies in practical scenarios
Applies systems thinking and data visualization
Uses financial and market data to assess compliance risks
Embraces new ideas and adjusts routines with guidance
Sets collaborative goals and engages in high-performing team concepts
Applies objection handling to progress opportunities and support deal closure
Coordinates resources and adapts communication styles
Coordinates with sales representatives to ensure accurate communication of compliance findings
Shares telemetry insights with account teams to support customer discussions and resolution strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives
Engages with internal stakeholders to align messaging and timelines for customer outreach
Key Qualifications
3+ years of SaaS sales and subscription business models
Strong communication skills tailored to mid-level customer contacts
Ability to manage caseloads independently
Foundational negotiation skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience with telemetry, audit tools, or licensing analytics
Background in software licensing or IP protection
Experience reviewing data or conducting investigations
Experience drafting compliance communications
Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration with sales, legal, operations
