What will you be doing?
You will be at the heart of our customer support process, managing everything from order entry to invoicing. Your day will involve building strong relationships with customers, answering their questions, and ensuring they receive the best possible service. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Supply Chain to keep things running seamlessly.
Coordinate end-to-end order processing, including order entry, product release, invoicing, and returns handling
Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and provide proactive support
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
What will you need to be successful?
Success in this role means being organised, proactive, and customer-focused. You’ll combine attention to detail with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
1–3 years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s or master’s degree
Very good knowledge of English
SAP and Salesforce experience (nice to have)
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
