Executive Search (ES) Senior Associate
Reports to: ES Manager Search Execution or ES Group Managing Director or ES
Regional Managing Director
As a Senior Associate within Executive Search, you will be responsible for partnering with the
ES Managing Directors in driving all aspects of the search process.
An integral part of a Senior Associate’s role is relationship management, networking and building
strong relationships with senior executives and assessing them against the clients’ requirements.
Principal Accountabilities and Duties:
• Partner with and assist the ES Managing Director in driving all aspects of the search
process, including managing the execution and direction of research, search strategy
development, position specification development, candidate development, candidate
interviews, assessment, and presentation, and referencing.
• Conduct industry specific research from primary and secondary sources, gather
information from the client, ES Managing Director, and marketplace to gain
comprehensive understanding of the industry, business situation and the position
requirements.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from face-to-face interview to client interview, through
the finalization of placements with the assistance of the ES Managing Director.
• Develop a focused search strategy and identify prospective candidates through targeted
company research, industry sources, relevant prior searches, and internal sources to
maintain data and information on relevant trends and challenges in the marketplace.
• Write effective and inclusive online advertisements for live roles to attract interest from a
diverse range of active candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to qualify prospective candidates against position
requirements and key competencies and attract qualified candidates to the client
assignment.
• Agree on best fit candidates for shortlist with ES Managing Director and write candidate
assessments for presentation to the client.
• Create position profiles, advertisements and other candidate facing material, as required.
• Maintain progress, status, and market feedback reports for presentation to the client, as
well as assist ES Managing Director with candidate referencing.
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and integrity of all search information.
• Articulate both verbally and in writing search progress on a weekly basis to client,
generate the progress report for weekly client status calls, and present final candidate
shortlist to the client.

• Stay connected with all your candidates on a regular basis, regardless of placement
status, and provide them with an exemplary customer experience.
• Accompany Managing Director to kick-off meetings with clients.
• Building and maintaining a robust and appealing online brand presence, in line with
Robert Half’s social media strategy and cultural growth objectives and build relationships.
• Align with research department to maintain data and information on relevant trends and
challenges in the marketplace.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and drives initiatives to improve the search execution
process.
• Assist in leading weekly/bi-weekly internal delivery team capacity call and team call to
update on progress with each search.
• Act as a mentor for new Associates, support the onboarding and training.
• Generate ideas for training and professional development opportunities.
Profile
• A successful track record of minimum 5 years recruiting/interviewing experience in
staffing/recruiting or at least 3 years’ experience as an Associate with Robert Half ES.
• Undergraduate degree is required.
• Able to influence the search execution team to drive search assignments forward and
build trust-based relationships with clients and candidates.
• Self-starter, eager to take additional responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present difficult and
complex matters in a clear manner.
• Excellent networking skills.
• Strong organisation, analytical, planning and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Results oriented, stress resistant and ability to work against strict deadlines.

The range is for this role is $90,000 - $100,000.
