As an Executive Administrative Professional, you will be a critical enabler of seamless business operations and executive success at Kyndryl. This role goes beyond managing calendars—you will be a strategic partner who drives efficiency, supports decision-making, and ensures leaders can focus on what matters most.
In this role, you will:
Serve as a trusted advisor to executives by managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and high-level communications with precision and confidentiality.
Coordinate and execute key business activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, drafting correspondence, and tracking project milestones to keep initiatives on course.
Streamline workflows and processes, proactively identifying and resolving administrative challenges to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
Facilitate collaboration across teams and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of essential services such as facilities support, communication systems, and office operations.
Drive operational excellence by anticipating needs, prioritizing tasks, and implementing solutions that enhance productivity and organizational effectiveness.
Champion a positive and efficient work environment, fostering strong relationships and supporting Kyndryl’s mission to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant administrative or executive support experience.
Autonomy: Ability to independently manage workload, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions without constant direction.
Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to challenges—empowered to initiate action and confident in decision-making.
Event & Meeting Management: Skilled in planning and executing high-level meetings and events from start to finish without client oversight.
Calendar Management: Expertise in managing complex calendars and making independent prioritization decisions to maximize executive productivity.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the client’s core business and ability to align administrative support with strategic priorities.
Task Tracking: Ability to independently monitor organizational action items, track progress, and ensure timely completion of initiatives.
Communication Skills: Exceptional business language proficiency with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences and situations.
Accountability: Demonstrated ownership and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Concur, and other productivity tools.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in all aspects of work.
Continuous Improvement: Initiative to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to projects.
Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to build effective relationships with peers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
