  • Support development, testing, and rollout of new workflows, tools, and validation enhancements to improve data quality and efficiency.
  • Deliver customized analyses using structured and unstructured datasets to support PA benchmarking and insights.
  • Research and evaluate data sources, validation techniques, and best practices to continuously strengthen analytic and quality methodologies.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for internal teams and member stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted data advisor to members, providing guidance on methodology, data interpretation, and submission requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to manage expectations and resolve data-related challenges.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to training materials that support standardized data intake, validation, and submission processes.
