Business Strategy Analyst Manager

The opportunity

Our Business Strategy team sits at the intersection of data, product, monetization, and client operations — translating performance signals into decisions that scale.

As a Manager of the Business Strategy team, you will lead a team of analysts responsible for performance monitoring, experimentation, and strategic insights across key clients and products. You will set direction, drive execution, and grow talent, while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, BI, Ad Operations, and external partners to ensure data-driven decisions are reliable, rigorous, and impactful.

This role blends hands-on strategic ownership with people leadership. You will be accountable for outcomes, standards, and execution quality - shaping how we measure success, run experiments, and turn insights into action across the organization.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and develop a team of business strategy analysts, setting clear direction, coaching for impact, and ensuring strong execution across performance monitoring, experimentation, and insights delivery.
• Own performance monitoring and operational readiness, overseeing daily monitoring, version rollouts, and new implementations, while leading investigations into anomalies and driving resolution with cross-functional partners.
• Drive A/B testing strategy and governance, including initialization, prioritization, test ownership, analysis standards, and decision-making, ensuring experiments directly inform UX and revenue strategy.
• Serve as a strategic interface across internal stakeholders, driving alignment on across internal stakeholders, driving alignment on performance and optimization opportunities through clear, data-driven communication.

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience in managing analytical or strategy-focused teams in a past-faced organization.
• Strong analytical expertise with extensive experience leveraging data visualization tools to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience leading A/B testing and experimentation, including defining analysis standards and owning data-driven decisions.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, BI, Operations, and external stakeholders to drive execution at scale.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to set direction, align stakeholders, and clearly articulate insights and trade-offs.

• Experience working in ad tech or mobile monetization products.
