What you’ll do:
The Senior Associate Manager, Product Development will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction for our insurance, credit card, and retail banking lines of business. This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting long-term strategic planning.
Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and executing strategic plans that drive growth and innovation across our insurance, credit card, and retail banking businesses.
Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities and potential areas for expansion within existing markets.
Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure strategic alignment.
Performance Monitoring: Track and assess the performance of strategic initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
What you bring:
5-10 years of experience in product strategy or strategic planning within the financial services industry(Strongly preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to take data, identify insights, and influence key stakeholder decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must be comfortable with ambiguity.
Knowledge of the insurance, credit card, and retail banking sectors.

Broadband Salary Range: 64,000.00 - 106,000.00 CAD Annual
Our typical hiring range is between 65,000.00 - 80,000.00 CAD per annum. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements
