The Boeing CompanyBoeing’s Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is currently seeking a Senior Asset Management Analyst to join our Projects, Assets, Construction, and Engineering (PACE) team in Wichita, KS.

Position Responsibilities:
Engage and collaborate with leaders, planners and technical liaisons to build a comprehensive plan for the site
Lead and support life cycle management tasks including asset/system condition assessment, risk management, capital planning, business case analysis, mapping, asset commissioning and related activities
Partner with subject matter experts to create and enhance a centrally aligned asset inventory, targeting increased asset & system performance, reduced cost and alignment with business objectives
Manage risk associated with system functionality born on data-driven asset performance metrics
Develop and analyze business case for major activities; conduct studies, research feasibility and viability of alternatives
Analyze trend data and identify opportunities for improvement
Support budget and business plan development
Up to 10% domestic travel may be required
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience in operations, engineering, and maintenance practices across facilities and infrastructure systems, including but not limited to architectural, civil, electrical, and mechanical disciplines
5+ years of experience in ISO-Standards (International Organization for Standardization) project management activities
3+ years of experience managing projects and utilizing standard project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Gantt charts, MS PowerPoint, status charts, resource load charts)
3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics tools and applications (e.g. IBM Cognos Analytics, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics)
3+ years of experience developing strategic long range business plans
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience leading projects requiring integration across business units
5+ years of experience applying the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) Competences Framework
5+ years of experience prioritizing strategic capital and operating expense business plans
5+ years of experience with leadership stakeholder integration
