Work in conjunction with assigned Brand team members to achieve desired marketing tools
Prepare design and layout options as directed
Responsible for the production of final artwork for printer
Prepare retouching and product photographs
Accompany Print Production Manager to vendors as needed to manage quality assurance
Travel to printers and other vendors as needed
Manage workflow of job requests
Assist with technical systems and specialized equipment
Attend Trade Shows as needed
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, or related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of design experience
Experience in fashion or fashion-related industry preferred
Excellent project management skills and experience managing multiple large projects required.
Proficient in Mac Systems, Quark, In Design, PhotoShop and Illustrator
Proven track record of influencing constituents for optimal results
Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask
Ability to elevate the perception of our corporate brand and our company
Flexible and able to change priorities and direction quickly and effectively
Travel local and domestic

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
