Essential Functions

Duties and responsibilities:

• Interacting with Sales and Clients to understand client requirements and propose solution.
• Creating proposals and responding to RFP’s/RFI’s and ensuring that the proposal addresses the customer requirements and is content rich and of high quality. This will also include determining how to best position the proposal that emphasizes the ERPA value proposition and the solution completely.
• Architect and Price Consulting and Managed Services Solutions. 
• Design and Create proposals focusing on the clarity, appropriateness and persuasiveness of the material.
• Designing and Creating Statement of Work for opportunities where required.
• Create marketing content to support architected solutions by providing quality content, gathering and providing market intelligence.
• Responsible for ensuring communication on progress and timely completion of assigned tasks
• Effectively communicate ERPA solution to both internal and external stakeholders.
Required Education and Experience
• Should be well versed with Solution Design in the areas of ERP, Managed Services and Business Intelligence areas (Oracle/PeopleSoft and Oracle Technologies)
• Should be detailed oriented and must have a systematic approach, that are requirements for creating high quality proposals and Statements of Work.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in fast paced environments with multiple RFP/RFI opportunities, pursuits at any point in time and effectively communicate with Proposal Coordinator.
• Ability to prioritize the tasks based on deadlines/importance and take complete ownership of the tasks assigned.
• Should be a fast learner, willing to learn about ERPA service offerings and demonstrate previous competency in ERP (Preferably Oracle) Applications, Managed Services, Computing Architecture and Consulting engagements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat. 
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work 
This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work.
Travel 
Remote with up to 50% travel to Client locations, ERPA offices and other locations such as trade shows as required and approved.
