Role Responsibilities

Data Analytics & Tool Development

  • Build, automate, and maintain scalable pricing models, dashboards, and analytical tools to support corridor-level fee and FX pricing decisions.
  • Clean, organize, and analyze complex datasets—including transaction-level data, partner performance metrics, competitive pricing intelligence, and elasticity trends.
  • Diagnose underlying performance drivers across markets, corridors, and agent types, and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Ensure data integrity across multiple systems and sources, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Pricing Insights & Business Partnering

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Pricing Strategy Leader and cross-functional leaders across Sales, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, concise, and business-friendly insights.
  • Recommend pricing adjustments, market tests, and optimization opportunities grounded in data and aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with analytical narratives and data-backed recommendations.

Experimentation & Test-and-Learn

  • Convert analytical hypotheses into structured experiments, using A/B testing, segmentation strategies, and elasticity frameworks.
  • Track test performance, evaluate outcomes, and inform broader rollout decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer value, simplify pricing, or enhance partner performance through iterative testing.

Strategic Projects & Framework Development

  • Support the design and execution of enterprise and regional pricing initiatives—including new pricing models, partner-specific value propositions, and strategic resets.
  • Develop and maintain pricing playbooks, frameworks, and standardized methodologies used across global pricing teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project workstreams, manage KPIs, and ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables.
  • Contribute to long-range planning efforts and commercial strategy initiatives.

Executive-Level Storytelling

  • Build polished, data-driven PowerPoint presentations that distill complex findings into compelling executive narratives.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership, including VP- and SVP-level stakeholders.
  • Influence decision-making by clearly articulating the “so what” and the business impact of pricing actions.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, pricing, strategy, consulting, business analytics, finance, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience working in a large, global, matrixed organization strongly preferred.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to explain complex analyses simply and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience using Power BI, advanced Excel, and SQL to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work with stakeholders across time zones.
  • Strong business intuition and problem-solving ability—comfortable asking questions, challenging assumptions, and proposing new ideas.
  • Experience with pricing, elasticity modeling, A/B testing, or retail/financial services economics is a plus but not required.
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and seeks creative ways to structure messy or incomplete data.
  • Enjoys both the technical “deep dives” and the high-level storytelling that influences executives.
