Senior Analyst, Production Management

Position Overview 

In this role, you will partner closely with Production, Client Success, and Client Operations leaders to drive performance across client portfolios. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and develop high-quality reporting and presentation materials for client discussions. This is a highly visible, client-facing role requiring strong analytical rigor and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly and confidently to diverse client audiences. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Forecast, analyze and monitor client data and KPIs to support production performance and goal attainment

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through ongoing analysis across multiple data sources

  • Develop structured, client-ready slide decks, and reporting materials that clearly communicate performance trends, risks, and recommendations 

  • Present performance insights and recommendations to clients in both virtual and in-person settings on occasions

  • Translate complex data into clear, concise narratives tailored to diverse client audiences, from day-to-day operational partners to senior leadership 

  • Tell a cohesive performance story during client presentations, moving beyond slide content to provide contest, interpretation, and forward-looking insight

  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, resource utilization, and overall production outcomes 

  • Partner cross-functionally with Production, Client Success and Client Operations leadership to align on performance strategy 

  • Respond to internal and client inquires with timely, data-driven insights 

  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization and professionalism 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Management, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) 

  • 5+ years of professional experience in analytics, reporting, performance management, or resource/capacity planning 

  • 3+ years of experience developing presentation materials and delivering data-driven insights to external clients or senior stakeholders

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of pivot tables and lookup functions, with experience navigating and extracting insights from Power BI or similar reporting platforms 

  • Demonstrated experience building structured, client-facing presentation decks 

  • Experience analyzing performance metrics and translating findings into actionable recommendations 

  • Experience working cross-functionally within a complex organization 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in a healthcare or healthcare technology environment 

  • Experience supporting client portfolios 

  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently guide performance discussions 

  • Ability to adapt communication style based on audience and business context 

  • Experience supporting quarterly business reviews or recurring client performance forms 

  • High degree of professionalism and integrity

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
