YOUR NEW ROLE

•Understand business’ needs and convert business questions into data trends to answer the question

•Design, build and modify dashboards, reports.

•Quick learner to understand complex data and business

•Challenge the status quo and build code/reports based on best practise.

•Closely work with stakeholders closely to understand and translate business requirements into reporting

•Work with raw system data and collaborate with data management colleagues to build into data models that can be used in reports

•Understand business needs/ questions and help translate data into dashboards to visually represent the trends.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

•5+ years’ experience as a data analyst in financial services, banking, or consumer lending

•Proven track record in developing management dashboards and visual analytics for business stakeholders

•Experience and knowledge on credit cards and personal loans is a plus

•Experience in handling big data

•Demonstrated experience in SQL at advanced level. Experience in SAS, R or Python advantageous

•Experience in building AI agents (e.g. Databricks Genie) advantageous

•Demonstrated experience in developing and managing Power BI dashboards.
