Position Summary:

ultrainnovative – Tackle rare and dynamic challenges

The primary responsibility of the candidate will be acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle R12 ERP systems, providing end-user support, troubleshooting issues (GL, AP, AR, FA, PO and OM), managing system configurations, testing new features, training business users, and collaborating with IT for upgrades/patches, focusing on ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and compliance across financial modules and related business processes.  

Work Model: 

Flex: This role will typically require onsite work 2-3 days each week, or more depending on business needs. In many locations, the business will set certain days each week that Flex employees are required to be onsite.

Responsibilities:

  1. Subject matter expert for Oracle EBS R12 version for primarily for Financial and procurements modules. 
  2. Lead the LATAM finance system and complex process initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business. 
  3. Lead LATAM project delivery which will include analyzing and evaluating business requirements and making solution recommendations. 
  4. Lead project implementation of local financial systems from initiation to deployment with several minor initiatives simultaneously. 
  5. Manage the day-to-day support and project activities and chair the project management team meetings. 
  6. Provide on-site leadership for third party accounting and business teams by building and motivating team members to meet their responsibilities and project milestones. 
  7. Act as a gatekeeper for quality control check for the project and SOX rule. 
  8. Lead and coordinate with IT team, system related process improvement initiatives, including business requirements documentation, risk assessment and business impact analysis. 
  9. Lead and provide support for LATAM Oracle EBS and other finance systems, including solution design, integration testing and user acceptance testing.  
  10. Interface with business users to improve the understanding of the applications and provide guidance on effective and efficient approaches to utilizing modules, tools, and data. 
  11. Lead and perform other related duties as assigned related to system implementation. 

Requirements:

  1. 12+ years of Oracle EBS Financials and Procurement modules experience with techno functional experience. 
  2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance.  
  3. Excellent written/verbal English communication skills. 
  4. Understanding the Financial close and consolidation, Oracle localization for Tax touch points for AR and AP modules to support the tax calculations for external tax software. 
  5. Strategic thinking and mental flexibility to be able to understand the details of the problem and the big picture/business solution.  
  6. Strong collaboration skills - ability to discuss financial process issues and translate into functional requirements and technology requirements. 
  7. Ability to work and lead independently, set priorities, and manage multiple duties simultaneously. 
  8. Experience with Business Intelligence, process automation, financial planning and reporting processes preferred. 
  9. Experience with implementing and maintaining production LATAM IT solutions. 
  10. Communicate clearly, be honest and straightforward, act with integrity.
