ABOUT THE TEAM  

 

The GenAI & Digital Workplace team, part of Technology, Data and Operations (TDO), builds and operates the enterprise AI and collaboration platforms that PSP’s investment and corporate teams rely on every day. Under the Catalyst AI Initiative, the team manages a multi-platform environment spanning Microsoft 365 and Copilot, Power Platform, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude for Work, and emerging AI services. The Senior Analyst focuses on the adoption and evolution side of this ecosystem: translating business needs into configured solutions, enabling users to get the most from these tools, and evaluating new capabilities as the landscape moves fast. 

 

ABOUT YOUR ROLE  

 

As a Senior Analyst, GenAI and Digital Workplace, you will contribute to the analysis, configuration, and implementation of digital workplace and GenAI solutions. Working closely with various stakeholders, you will support initiatives that enhance productivity, collaboration, and operational efficiency, while ensuring alignment with PSP’s technology standards and security requirements.  

As a Senior Analyst, GenAI & Digital Workplace, you’ll:  

  • Contribute to the analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment of solutions across PSP’s GenAI and digital workplace platforms (Microsoft 365/Copilot, Power Platform, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude for Work) in support of new capabilities and adoption initiatives. 

  • Support the design and implementation of automation and digital process improvements using Power Platform and AI-enabled tools to simplify operations and improve efficiency for business partners. 

  • Collaborate with Advisors, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, ensuring proposed solutions align with PSP’s enterprise architecture and security standards. 

  • Evaluate emerging GenAI and digital workplace technologies, contributing structured assessments on usability, value, risk, and alignment with PSP’s ecosystem to inform the team’s roadmap and governance decisions. 

  • Develop and deliver user enablement materials — documentation, training content, knowledge articles, and guided walkthroughs — to drive adoption and self-service proficiency across Microsoft 365, Copilot, and GenAI tools. 

  • Support operational readiness for new deployments and platform transitions, ensuring issues during rollout phases are analyzed, escalated appropriately, and documented for handoff to steady-state operations. 

  • Stay current on productivity, collaboration, and AI trends, applying learnings to propose continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to the team’s innovation pipeline. 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED  

 

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology or possess a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent. 

  • Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, including experience with Microsoft 365 technologies. 

  • Demonstrate a strong curiosity to explore and innovate with Microsoft 365 applications, Azure AI Foundry, and other collaborative and productivity technologies. 

  • Hands‑on experience or strong interest in Microsoft 365 applications, Power Platform, and emerging GenAI capabilities. 

  • Analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess operational challenges and propose practical, well‑structured solutions 

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders in a matrix environment. 

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, user‑friendly terms. 

  • Bilingualism English and French *Frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa
