Responsibilities

Workato Cares is on a mission to help non-profit organizations flourish and succeed with the power of AI and automation, and we are just getting started. As a proud member of Pledge 1%, we have committed 1% of company equity to philanthropic endeavours, empower our employees with volunteer time off, and dedicate 1% of our product to resource-constrained nonprofits, giving them access to Workato's automation solutions to reduce manual processes so they can focus on what matters most: giving back. Our ambition is bold: to drive impact in more than a million ways within 10 years, helping 1 million people, delivering $10 million in product donations, and generating $100 million in cost savings for nonprofit organisations worldwide.

As Program Manager of Workato Cares, you will be at the heart of making this vision real. You will partner with teams across Workato to design and deliver volunteer programmes that serve our communities, create meaningful opportunities for employees to give back, and deepen Workato's relationships with nonprofits, NGOs, and community stakeholders.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

Driving the launch and ongoing evolution of Workato's global philanthropy and social impact initiatives. Leading the rollout of an employee giving programme and product donation efforts aligned with Workato's focus areas and our Pledge 1% commitment. Building and nurturing key partnerships, both internally with cross-functional teams and externally with nonprofits and like-minded organisations. Serving as a thought partner to leadership to best position and advance the programme. Developing a reporting framework to capture meaningful data that measures impact and programme success against our Millionfold Impact goals. Educating internal teams and employee resource groups on best practices in social impact and corporate philanthropy. Proactively managing initiatives in a fast-paced, creative environment with strong attention to detail. Overseeing all projects and programmes under Workato Cares, spanning employee giving, product donations, communications, and reporting.

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • More than 5 years of experience in programme or project management, ideally within corporate philanthropy, corporate social responsibility, or the nonprofit sector. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Philanthropic Studies, or a related field.

Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics

  • Beyond experience, we are looking for someone who brings genuine passion for social impact and a deep belief in the power of technology and automation to create opportunity at scale. You thrive working across diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to the C-suite. You communicate with clarity and confidence, think strategically, and are not afraid to champion bold ideas. You are organised, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. You bring strong analytical thinking to evaluate programme effectiveness and communicate results in a compelling way across the organisation.
