We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support finance integration and system readiness activities within a dynamic, cross-functional environment. This role offers exposure to end-to-end accounting processes, SAP implementation, statutory compliance, and collaboration with global and regional teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Support accounting process design, documentation, and internal controls aligned with corporate standards
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements (MFRS), tax, SST, WHT, and audit obligations
  • Coordinate with regional and global teams on chart of accounts, reporting, and statutory requirements
  • Support SAP finance activities including configuration, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support
  • Assist with data migration activities such as opening balances, master data, and SOP development
  • Track finance-related project milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • Liaise with IT, tax, procurement, supply chain, and global finance stakeholders to ensure system and process readiness


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit (Big 4 experience is a strong plus)
  • Exposure to system implementation, integration, or process improvement projects preferred
  • Familiarity with SAP FI/CO or similar ERP systems is an advantage
  • Good understanding of local statutory, tax, and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across functions and regions
